So, im back from California. Gillian, not that youd be interested, but i have many pictures to show you and many stories to tell. Anyone miss me? Well, people who i thought were my real friends who are now in marching band are not. This leaves my friend count at a max of 7. Pathetic, yes? Only two of these are guys, which is not surprising when i actually take a minute to think about it. I'm really glad to be sleeping in my own bed again, but also very sad that im back in south dakota(not that Cali was very much better).
Can anyone tell me why I'm that guy?
You know what i mean, the one that few people actually like, but will hang out with them because they have some cool stuff. I figure this is the reason no one will go out with me either. I'll probably always be that guy, but can someone at least tell me what's so bad about my personality that makes me that guy? |

well, it seems everyone has been invited and gone to formal.
It also seems that what anti-formal small get-togethers there are i wasn't invited to.
For these two reasons, i am definately the biggest loser in the world, if not AT LEAST in the Tri-state area.
And now, i am going to play my strategy games, do my mind puzzles, and read my webcomics.
PS: everyone should feel bad for NEVER inviting me to ANYTHING. |

Alexander was a great film.
GREAT cinematography.
SUPERB acting.
GREAT central theme(gillian, you would LOVE the theme to this movie and how alexander was portrayed just as much as i did).
Great spin on history, which is explained later in the film.
For those who are homophobic, you will hate this film.
Although, i was a bit disappointed at what they couldnt do because the american public wouldnt accept it.
I believe Oliver Stone took this film as far as he could without getting an NC-17 rating, although an NC-17 rating wouldve given him enough liberty to make it more historically accurate in the aspect of relations with his trusted Hephaistion whom he loved. However, with an NC-17 rating only creeps and pervs would go see it. If only america didn't suck. Tisk, Tisk, Tisk.
What america need is more films like these, more television like this(since thats all people do these days, watch tv[even though i hate television, i dont see any other way]).
This was an excellent film and i love oliver stone for doing it. 9/10 |

Saw the Stepford Wives tonight.
That movie blows.
Great acting, except by matthew broderick and christopher walken, which was a HUGE disappointment.
There were a lot of funny parts in the movie that were also sadly true.
The Music was a cheap imitation of danny elfman, which was still good, because danny elfman kicks ass.
It was pretty good overall, just a HUGE disappointment. 5/10
The other day, i saw dawn of the dead.
meaningless.
terrible acting.
Shitty characters.
If the world turns into zombies, apparently the humans left would become retarded.
CRAPPY MOVIE. 3/10
Also, i saw the Terminal.
Steven Spielberg did a wondeful job with this.
It did have a happy ending, but not too happy.
It was terribley predictable, but every story is for me.
Great acting ALL ACROSS THE BOARD. ESPECIALLY, Tom Hanks.
I don't really have any complaints about this film, It was everything i expected and more. 8/10 |

Well, i just watched the new 2003 remake of the texas chainsaw massacre, and i feel like i've wasted an hour and a half. This movie was possibley one of the worst movies EVER. First of all there were about 1 billion plot holes. Second of all, it held nothing true to the original story. third, they tried to put symbolism in their, but the symbols didnt stand for ANYTHING, and if they did, the symbols stood for something that didnt fit with the symbol AT ALL. fourth, that supposed "REAL FOOTAGE" of the real texas chainsaw massacre was so INCREDIBLEY FAKE that i almost kicked my tv in the face right there.
So, if you haven't seen this movie, don't.
It's just a crappy gorefest, and not even entertaining.
It is bulk-sized gore for the masses. |
